    Ecoboxx is a world leader in the design and innovation of portable solar power systems that power a variety of USB, AC and DC devices anywhere and anytime. All Ecoboxx products provide a perfect blend of portability, power, and ease of use.

  • What is your product?

    We provide portable power. Our products are simple to use and connect-just plug and play. Power is collected from the sun and then stored. You are then ready to use this power anywhere at anytime for 12V or 240V devices.

  • Why Solar?

    It's clean; solar energy is one of the few clean carbon-free forms of energy available. It's reliable; solar energy can provide energy in times of blackouts or in rural areas where electricity is not available. It's safe indoors & outdoors; eliminate the risk of fire and inhalation of harmful fumes such as carbon dioxide.

  • What is the lifespan of batteries and panels?

    The Ecoboxx 160 & 400 integrated batteries have a life cycle of 600 cycles at normal ambient temperature. The solar panels have a 20-year life span.

  • Are the integrated batteries for Ecoboxx 160 & 400 replaceable?

    Yes

  • How durable are Ecoboxx products?

    Very! Ecoboxx products are enclosed in an ABS durable plastic case and are designed to be rugged and weather resistant (always ensure that the ports are completely dry before plugging any device into them). The solar panels are completely weather resistant.

  • How long is the warranty on Ecoboxx products?

    The warranty for all components of Ecoboxx is 1 year.

  • Does the Ecoboxx meet relevant Australian Standards?

    Yes, all Ecoboxx products have been tested to & have received electrical product safety approval certification to the joint accreditation system of Australia and New Zealand (SAA).

  • Can the Ecoboxx still be used while recharging from the solar panels?

    Yes.

  • How do I figure out the amount of watts my device uses?

    To find out the amount of watts your device uses, multiply the Amps times the Volts. (Amperes x Volts = Watts). This can usually be found on the device or on the wall charging cord of the device.

  • Do the solar panels still work on a cloudy day?

    Solar panels work most effectively in sunny conditions but you will still get some charge on a cloudy day.
